This article stems from a converstion I heard at work. Well, not as much a converstion as a monologue gave by a single colegue, in the smoking area on break, with the few other women surrounding her quietly agreeing as the speech went on. Some way or another the topic arrived to politics, more specifically to those politics surrounding the recent election of American President Donald Trump. I am not here to discuss wether he is a good or a bad person, or if I agree with his politics, but meerly the facts around the actions, and perceived actions of the President. For context, I reside in the UK, and to my knowledge none of the people in this converation have even stepped foot in the US to begin with. So what could have happened in a smoke break convesation that would convice me to push through my prorcastination and make another article on the website?

The conversation gets on the topic of gender identity and sexual orientation. The orator, let's call her Jannet, then states something along the lines of:

1. "Oh yeah, and have you seen in America? Trump wants to abolish same sex marriage."

Let us take that as "Claim #1". She then continues on to say:

2. "And not only that, he wants to abolish mixed race marriage too"

That shall be "Claim 2". Jannet finishes the paragraph with:

3. "He wants to keep [America] nice and white"

Lastly for this section that shall be "Claim 3"
